Tug of War.

Cape Metropole Tug-of-War is responsible for the regulation, promotion and coordination of the sport in Cape Town, and is one of the four districts that make up the Western Cape Tug-of-War Federation. The mother body is the South African Tug-of-War Federation. The organisation is tasked with both the juniors and senior league and has a membership of about 600 athletes.
